FUCK! I literally don’t wear my retainer for like a night or two and they feel different.
I remember when I was heavily invested in the Mewing meme back in the day I didn’t wear my retainer for a long time.
How the fuck do they move so fast?

I haven't worn my retainer in a year tbh and not much has changed. I will get Invisalign later to perfect it tho.

My braces were taken off almost year ago and i had to wait for retainer for 3 weeks. After those 3 weeks it barely fit.
Now i am wearing my retainer only for night and everything is fine.

It's been ~4 years and the bottom row moved ALOT, but the top row stayed the same.
