Get the white shiny teeth mog
Buy this:

Amazon product ASIN B07QZVCM1L
(<20$)
Seriously only a few bucks. This is the product dentists use to whitening and it is cheaper than what they make you pay.

First thing when it arrives it will come with a model of teeth, get it at hot fucking water (very) and place the model there. Within two seconds put that in your mouth and press your teeth against it, use your fingers and shit to make sure it is in place. You don't want to get that wrong as the product later may get to your gum (it will irritate it a lot). There are two models for your teeth, use each at a time, never both. See a video on YouTube if you need.

Put the peroxide in the walls of that carefully with drops on each teeth, and use this for at minimum one hour and a half for some results. It won't be as good as if you sleep the whole night with it tho. It is more effective and you will see the results sooner (for some people, specially younger it will be in a few days)
DO NOT at any circumstances drink or eat anything during so.

Thats it, fuck dentists and do it yourself. Small looksmaxx, may add a good halo

ur a pussy thats why you'll be a incel for life
And you’re retarded, you can’t regenerate enamel. Yes, your teeth will temporarily look better, but eventually all you’ll be left with is yellow that you can’t scrub away. Have fun eating with your new set of sensitive teeth.

nigga @ElliotRodgerJr is right you see.. carbamide peroxide can also affect the teeth by significantly reducing the bond strength of resin composite systems to treated enamel and dentin. it has been postulated that residual peroxide on the dentin and enamel surfaces inhibits polymerization of the resin bonding systems. As a result, any bonding procedures should be postponed for at least one week after the cessation of bleaching. So you definitely should watchout with the quantity and time left on the tooth
