fuck dentists charging 60 bucks for teeth whitening. fuck pneumo's guide, way too complicated. fuck whitening strips, the must to reapply every two days makes them useless.

people overcomplicate everything

bought 1L of hydrogen peroxide 12% for 15€
bought 6 toothbrushes for 4€
TOTAL COST: 19€ (22$ for burgers)

take a toothbrush and dip it in h2o2, brush on the point furthest away from your gums. DO NOT TOUCH THEM, THEY WILL BURN.
safety might be off for this one but it surely does work for lazy fucks like me.

results: went from (like 8-2 in the first pic) b4 to b2, some b1, in two sessions.
sessions had a day between, DO NOT do this often, your teeth will hurt long term.

Crest white strips are 10-14% hydrogen peroxide and you do not need to apply them every 2 days. Just use them for 1-2 weeks and it will work better than doing this.

You're using euros, so I am guessing you bought some scam whitening strips (EU max hydrogen peroxide is 6%)
You need to buy the Crest ones from America and check the hydrogen peroxide % before you buy

I've treid the guide with like 35% h202 gel but i didnt see much difference just burned some gums but they fine after a few days so im good probably bc its from fucking china will try again with 45%
