Quick Warning: Before you read this guide, note that some ingredients in this guide might damage the enamel or the gums if used irresponsibly.

Also, I'm writing this on 2 hours of sleep over the last 2 days so please don't bully me :feelswhy:

Required Items
  • Custom Tray (made by Dentist or DIY)
  • Carbamide Peroxide 35% Syringes (you can get them on ebay)
  • Fluoride Toothpaste
Total Price ~ €45.00 (for 15 months of supply!!!)

*The total price doesn’t include the price of the tray

Opalescence 16% PF Vs Carbamide Peroxide 35%

Opalescence 16% PF is the standard product recommended by clinics for professional teeth whitening. However, it’s quite expensive — each ml costs around €10.34.
On the other hand, 35% Carbamide Peroxide syringes sold on eBay are much cheaper, costing only about €1.33 per ml (that's 10x cheaper!!!)

Now there’s one catch: This alternative is much STRONGER and DANGEROUS to the enamel, so instead of whitening overnight, we’ll do it over 30-minute sessions.

Monthly Whitening Schedule

1761795066768

Session Timeline:

  1. Brush with fluoride toothpaste
  2. Add a small amount of the solution to the tray and wear it for 30 minutes
  3. Wait 10 minutes, and brush again with the fluoride toothpaste

Extra Info

We’re mitigating the risk of the higher concentration by doing SHORTER SESSIONS and adding EXTRA FLUORIDE CARE, since this alternative solution lacks fluoride and potassium nitrate, which protect the enamel in the Opalescence solution.

thx for reading :feelsgood:

enough with this pussy shit nigga just use h2o2 gel and do a whitening session but don't be retarded and go over 35%

people saying it's dangerous to the enamel but you shouldn't be doing whitening in the first place if you have thin enamel

I agree with u, but the issue with H₂O₂ gel is that it only lasts 6–12 months, so you can’t keep it that long for future sessions.

Carbamide peroxide is way more stable and can be stored much longer

Buddy no one needs to whiten their teeth anymore :feelstastyman:. This shit is cooooooooope.

h2o2 works perfectly fine as well, maybe even a bit better.

The only downside is that it only lasts 6–10 months, so you can’t store it for much long if you buy in bulk.

Carbamide is more stable and as effective

it'll work yeah but if you have thin enamel it will fuck u up

i got very nice results from 3 rounds of 35% 30-45 minutes each, but unfortunately they are very hard to maintain unless you make sure to brush twice a day and use strips once or twice per week. i do the former but still got some regression bc i didnt use the strips

no need for strips whatsoever IMO.

from my experience do 44% carbamide peroxide 30 minutes in the first 7 days of the month, repeat the process in the following months.

if you want extra protection, follow-up the sessions w/ a 10-min session w/ remineralizing gel.

edit: you can also do some touch-ups in the 3rd/4th week of the month w/ 2 or 3 sessions to maitain the color.

i mean i did more than a year ago and they went from being as white as my sclera to just being average whiteness/slightly yellow again

for me its important to maintain with strips somehow because i have thinner enamel so any sort of staining will be noticeable, but i'll look into your protocol for my next session

sounds good bhai

but if you have a thin enamel I’d really look into remineralizing gels to follow up the sessions.

a fluoride toothpaste can also help out, i just copped this today.

I wouldnt say as effective. Bc I used 35% carbamide in one sesh 3x and only noticed a slight difference, but with 40%h202 gel 3x my teeth were unbelievable white

yeah but it damages your enamel much more, instead of 3x sessions do 7x at the beginning of each month and you’ll be good to go.
