i went to dentist to get my teeth whitened with 40% hydrogen peroxide but looks like i almost got any improvement... basically during the process my teeth were sensitive, that lasted whole day. first impression was that they got 2-3 shades whiters, and she said like they can get even whiter within 24 hours after the treatment. now 3 days later they don't look that bright, only like 1 shade whiter. I did watch out for food and staining my teeth, im lika giga careful for staining them and i try to minimize any staining. what esle to do at this point?
