Doing Pneumo’s guide? Use a straw after to avoid stains, remineralize with good toothpaste, don’t overdo the gel, use Vaseline on gums if needed, and keep it consistent.

just use crest 3d whitening strips they have hydrogen peroxide as well and make your teeth less sensitive

Too much of a hassle, could just do this twice a year and have better results

My tip is don’t do it. It’s dangerous just brush your teeth or if your that desperate go to a dentist it isn’t worth doing it at home.

you don't need a guide all you need is crest whitening strips they hurt like a bitch though

You sure they work though? Kinda feel like bs to me, I tried whitening strips in the past and they never worked Tbf I never tried crest. Maybe I’ll give them a go while I wait to get or the stuff I need to whiten my teeth

how long did u put them on because i leave them in overnight (not recommend but yeah)
