Does anybody know of any teeth whitening methods that work efficiently and don’t hurt my teeth like hell. I tried the 3d crest whitening strips but I can’t even leave them in for five minutes before my mouth is full of pain.

Check if teeth are properly mineralized before using whitening strips.
They can hurt but shouldnt be that noticable. Use Elmex fluid/gelee and 1450ppm toothpaste.
Check for residue with mira2tone and get it done by your dentist
