What is your guys experience on teeth whitening?

crest 3d whitening strips worked very well for me, they were kinda expensive tho. also brushing your teeth consistently should be a given

yeah I brush my teeth regularly, but braces kinda make it harder, they ain't yellow, but could be whiter

Whitening strips and brush twice a day with a good toothpaste. If you have braces do some research on the colors of the rubber bands because some colors will make your teeth look more yellow or look like you have shit in your teeth. I have braces and my go to color is either dark red or any shade of blue.

Nice what typa braces and what for? I wanna ask for a Marpe for my narrow palate and slight overjet so I’m getting Marpe but I’m scared this mf will js extract and force space

get the opalescence 35% and put like a rice size onto each teeth using your retainer or a custom tray. It's way better then using whitening strips get compliments on my teeth all the time cause of it

That's good but either way I actually wouldn't recommend trying to whiten your teeth while you have braces on because once you take them off there's going to be yellow spots under where your brackets were

if they wan't to extract anything other than wisdom teeth just deny lol. You can ask for a doctor who does marpes

Getting custom whitening trays from your dentist and using the gel at home is honestly the best way to get your teeth really white without messing them up.
