drink some calcium bro, translucent teeth can be due to lack of structural integrity, especially if you grind you teeth a lot. consider getting a nightguard to fix night grinding if that's a problem you have. can you possibly send a picture of your canine teeth? I can tell you if they are worn down. as for your yellow teeth you can easily incorporate a whitening toothpaste and brush 2x daily to enhance the color along with a whitening protocol that you can find online. don't do those bullshit gurunanda strips, opt for something like opalescence and you'll see amazing results. you can...my teeth is yellow and it kinda translucent too probably because I use to brush my teeth so hard back then is there any fix or is it permanent?

opalescence is a much more professional and thorough protocol. you'll see much better results + comfort than if you use strips. most people overhype strips so much because they're easy and cheap, but I don't understand why you wouldn't go all in and be more thorough when opalescence has a much higher ROI.Teeth-whiteining strips

you should mark me as solution with the checkmark to the right of my original reply
usually opalescence includes both. it's a really amazing package, they have customized trays that fit both your lower and upper teeth in entirety that reduce the amount of gum exposure that causes the pain you usually experience with strips. the strength is also like double that of traditional strips, so obviously the average protocol being a month of whitening, you're gonna see insane resultswhitining tray or toothpaste?
