drink some calcium bro, translucent teeth can be due to lack of structural integrity, especially if you grind you teeth a lot. consider getting a nightguard to fix night grinding if that's a problem you have. can you possibly send a picture of your canine teeth? I can tell you if they are worn down. as for your yellow teeth you can easily incorporate a whitening toothpaste and brush 2x daily to enhance the color along with a whitening protocol that you can find online. don't do those bullshit gurunanda strips, opt for something like opalescence and you'll see amazing results. you can trust my advice as I've used opalescence before and it did wonders, along with the fact I come from a family of dentists who all endorse the product as the best teeth whitening protocol.
