i have 3% hydrogen peroxide and other household/kitchen products. i was wondering if anyone had a good and working recipe for toothpaste or just a teeth whitener, as well as how often I should repeat it to not damage my enamel.

you can try q tips and peroxide, ive done it and it did do something it just takes time
