What other ways / methods to debloat and keep a lean face are legit?
  • Promote the proper functioning of all the muscles and bones of the face, which will lead to long-term atrophy of the muscles leading to facial bloating and hypertrophy of the muscles that help pull and stretch the skin in the right directions to achieve the hollow look.
  • Gua sha to help move lymphatic fluid around the system better, this can lead to less facial bloating.
  • Cellular hydration: Sufficiently high-intake of potassium, and magnesium relative to water.
    • Drink 2-4L of water daily to prevent the body from retaining water.
  • Vitamin C and/or Dandelion root?

No idea wtf that first point is but you definitely don’t wanna atrophy any muscle in face, big masseter muscle mogs.

Caffeine - green tea/black coffee

Alcohol the night before - you will wake up bloat free but the problem with this is once you start drinking/eating again you will become bloated after around 4 hours

Carbs - I’m still unsure on whether these affect facial bloat, but low carbs will make your muscles look deflated

Asparagus

But overall the most important thing for facial bloating is low sodium intake.

Avoid salt; I never ever put salt anywhere, and try to avoid salty food.
Drink lots and lots of water, i personally drink at least 4L daily.
Dandelion root and green tea are generally good to minimize water retention.
Good sleep (possibly back sleeping).

3:1 potassium to sodium ratio
i've seen that too, but it seems impossible. I am on a super low sodium diet but my sodium : potassium ratio is always at around 1:1. I eat bananas and avocadoes but still...

i saw on another post that you have around 500 mg sodium intake. If that's the case then all you have to eat are 3 large bananas. 1 large banana= 487mg potassium. Dates also have a lot of potassium. You can also buy potassium HCl powder and use that as a replacement for salt. 1/10 of a teaspoon of Bulk Supplements Potassium Chloride= 105 mg potassium

What influence could the sleeping position/posture have?

When you sleep on your side, blood and fluids pool in unwanted facial locations, which contribute to swelling and bloating.
This is very minimal, but if you want to look your best in the first hours of the morning without facial massages, it helps.
