What other ways / methods to debloat and keep a lean face are legit?
- Promote the proper functioning of all the muscles and bones of the face, which will lead to long-term atrophy of the muscles leading to facial bloating and hypertrophy of the muscles that help pull and stretch the skin in the right directions to achieve the hollow look.
- Gua sha to help move lymphatic fluid around the system better, this can lead to less facial bloating.
- Cellular hydration: Sufficiently high-intake of potassium, and magnesium relative to water.
- Drink 2-4L of water daily to prevent the body from retaining water.
- Vitamin C and/or Dandelion root?
