how old are you? ideally you should try leaning out first to 10-12% bf but if you are too young it might hinder growth, but yeah other than that just do the recommended debloat stuff that has proven to work

i sort of attempted to potassium debloat and leanmaxx a few weeks ago, but I had to stop because I got sick from other reasons, is it worth it for me to try leanmaxxing again?

idk how to test it, maybe there are some machines or the doctor can do it but I just go based off whether I look visibly lean enough or not. you are only 15 tho, decreasing bf% too much can interfere with your growth so I wouldnt risk it

Alright, what amount of exercise is good for my age? And doing potassium debloat isnt gonna cause any other issues with growth right?
 
as long as you dont go fullpowerlifting retard or do weightcuts for mma its difficult for a sport to hinder your growth, the problems mainly arise when you refuse your body calories in order to get too lean

go to the gym high intensity low volume= ideal low intensity high volume = shit for your growth

yeah u should do a full body a few times a week 3-4 times with rest days and an hour of training and try to do progressive overload its hard to do in calisthenics tho
