So here's the plan: I'm starting around 140 kg right now, and over the next year I'm aiming to drop 60 kg total, landing at about 80 kg. Along the way I'm gonna build a solid amount of muscle too.
I'll be running peptides (probably starting in the next 8 months or so when I'm closer to 100 kg), plus some experimental stuff like thumb rolling and bone smashing. Once I hit that lower weight I'll switch into proper money maxxing mode so I can actually afford the real looksmaxing gear and equipment. "

Why? Multiple studies (like the ones in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism) show this combo spikes natural GH pulses 3-10x baseline without shutting down your own production. The no-DAC version gives me clean, short pulses instead of the constant bleed from DAC. Already noticing better sleep and pumps by week 2. 250 mcg twice a day (morning and night, subQ near whatever I'm training that day — shoulders right now).
Been running this for tendon/ligament recovery because the rat studies and human anecdotal logs show it upregulates VEGF and accelerates healing by like 2-3x. No sides, stomach feels solid too which is a bonus.

2.5 mg twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays, subQ in the gut).
Stacked with BPC for systemic recovery — the thymosin beta-4 research out of the NIH basically shows it promotes actin sequestration and faster tissue repair. Loading phase done, now maintenance.
GHK-Cu
1 mg subQ daily + 0.5% topical serum on face/neck twice a day.
This is the skin and collagen one — studies in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences show it boosts collagen synthesis, reduces inflammation, and tightens skin at the gene level. Face looks less puffy already, scars fading. Copper peptide ftw.
MK-677 (oral)
15 mg every night before bed.
Not a peptide but it pairs perfectly — the 24-hour GH/IGF-1 elevation from the ghrelin mimetic studies (Clinical Endocrinology journal) is why I'm throwing it in. Keeps my appetite up for bulking but I'm tracking macros hard so no bloat disaster. But this is in 8 months tell me what you think
