That's the thing it's diff for everyone, I'm already giga low inhib so it didn't change too much just felt a little floaty and loose & the moda helped a lil too but yes, you'll probably be able to ask for a day off with less stress/anxiety or whatever

It lasts like a lil less then 10 ish hours? You can feel it losing effects slowly near the 8/9 mark if I recall correctly, also depends on ur dose.
