So lose weight to 12-15% and come back. If you are lucky u have good cheekbones and then you can think if nose if worth, it could also improve breathing if it sucks now.

Me? or him? I have had genio,otoplasty and rhino(but purely medical after i broke it). I got girls before but now i am maybe high mtn-low htn facially outside face im chad

This guy first rhino and lean. Then it depends thanks to his eye area he can ascend quite high.

I dont know i would rate my self high LTN but I dont know since I have had girls approach me in parties/clubs and social circle. Most in the ltb-mtb range and maybe some low HTB. I am 6'5 and gymmaxedlite. I actually got these surgeries at the same time quite recently.
These where my tinder and hinge results prior any surgeries. Hinge for like 4-6months hinge in Scandinavia i am mid 20s . Quite normal MTN/high mtn smv results

Canthal tilt, too wide fwhr (should be better when lean), midface, mouth to nose, medium set cheekbones, narrow lower third, iaa deviation, ipsilateral alar angle, facial thirds, total fwhr is short and feminine
