I lost about 25kg after I started my unhealthy weight loss journey after 2-3 months I started noticing my hair at the top was getting thin and the back was kinda thin but thicker then the top I thought it was normal and kept going with the weight loss journey and my hair got more thin my doctor said it might be Telogen effluim and and said I can’t be on a deficit so this means I can’t get lean to get the physique I want for few months I have been eating above my maintenance but from the past 2 months I can’t see the hair thickness difference as I have stopped being on a deficit past 2 months. I was on on a deficit for more then a year and since I’m eating above maintenance I’m starting to gain weight what should I do with my physique I don’t want to be fat again as I can’t be in a deficit and I don’t count calories. I am 18
