Has anyone managed to get rid of temple hypertrophy with botox injections in the temporalis?

No but I've gotten botox in my left masseter it made my masseter smaller and got rid of my tmj it will do the same thing to the temporalis

Did it cause any bite issues? Could you move your jaw around like the way you could before?

Yes and much better than before I had severe masseter hypertrophy in my left side and my jaw looked swollen all the time and I had horrible tmj i injected a very high does 100 units it shrunk by 40-45 procent and now both my masseters look the same. The only bad thing is I cant bite down very hard anymore in my left side so I chew with the right side

Yes my lower face is about 25-30% more narrow than before dm me if you want to see the before and after pics if your interested

How long did it take for you to see a noticeable difference? I've done the same a few weeks ago, masseter on one side to help even out assymetry

Wouldnt it be a looksmin to have your bigoniol width so lower than your zygo? Or is there more to it that im missing. It would be wonderful if you could pm your results, tysm.

No because my masseters where asymmetrical one was much bigger than the other and now there the same size
