One of the most overlooked aspects of facial aesthetics, the temporals. Alot of people dont really have issues with this bone allthough i find it to be narrow in alot of faces, dosent really stand out if your entire face is narrow though.

What options are really viable for narrow temporals and have the best ROI?
Is filler or fat grafting the best for this area or would one opt to implants? Ive also heard alot about migrating fillers but apparently this dosent apply for the temporals since its placed „directly on the bone“. Not too familiar with fillers since theyre very looked down upon.

I found out that some ethnics tend to have it

. He would look like a brick head if he added filler in temporal area. Just like blackgymmax did and looks like a brick head. It's better to get zygo reduction in those cases

I definetly agree with this, i have been in a ltr.

Looksmaxxing has never been about girls to me but fulfilment within myself.
That being said im due for a djs, though its for medical reasons and fully insurance covered.
Not sure how i will look afterwards but im in the process of planning.

you look fine, but I honestly would get zygoma reduction in your case, just to look more sleek, sharp and elongated. It depends on what you want to look like tho. I find cavill a silly blockhead while guys like ballou and delon are ideal to me.

You are right but it gets to a point, looks are not like money. Its not a linear process and you are capped to a certain degree if you arent hardmaxxing. If one already looks good or „only“ alright but at his softmax limit, then at what point should you settle? Nevertheless I do strive for more and I am „only“ 17.

It would also be good to mention that I am sitting at around 16-18% bodyfat and currently cutting. Not sure how its going to impact my looks in the end but im just gonna go for it and find out

Well that’s why you softmax and get surgeries that would be high roi
If someone had a mega shit chin genio would be worth every penny
Obv u wouldn’t get surgeries for mild flaws with risky intervention

Fat Grafting or Filler are both your main options-- thankfully theres a plethora of middle-aged women who are also insecure about their temporal area, so you can find stuff about them doing DIY Filler in their temporal area, or just getting filler done there in general.

Yes filler migrates, but not to the extent that people exaggarate it does, unless you're injecting some ridiculous amount then you'll be fine. But fat grafting is the better semi-permanent option nontheless
