Do different loading patterns, such as isometrics, slow eccentrics, and progressive plyometrics, stack up when it comes to improving patellar and distal biceps tendon health without compromising recovery time or keeping joint alignment? And how do hormonal factors during a young age influence tendon collagen turnover and recovery? I have found many different answers on this topic but they all seem to be very different and I want people opinion from here.
