Tension headaches for 2 weeks now

Went to neurologist and she examined me, reflexes were good and said I had nothing objectively neurologically wrong with me. I took the prescription and bought the meds and still feel like dogshit with no change. She said I should go to a psychologist and that it's my depression that is the problem. I feel like fucking garbage every day.
