If you're too broke to buy Aqualyx, how do you expect to afford cosmetic procedures ? What's the point of recommending any to you ?
I see you're working at Target though, so that may be a step in the right direction.

Anyway. Assuming you wouldn't want to alter the shape of your eyes and simply get rid of the hollowness in the undereyes, then the optimal treatment would be fat grafting.
While we're talking about your eyes : to match your strong eyebrows, you may want to grow denser and longer eyelashes with Latisse / bimatoprost.

There seems to be an issue with your jaw : your lower lip is protruding and misaligned with the upper lip, suggesting a potential underbite ; if confirmed, a BSSO to set back the mandible might be the way to fix it.
But there might be more going on with your jaw ; post a proper side profile (not a 3/4) to allow a more reliable assessment.

I think that your nose could benefit from an augmentation rhinoplasty. It looks short and unprojected, with an undeveloped columella. Basically, the surgeon would graft cartilage extracted from your ear or rib to build up the tip and columella.

Finally, if you're not seriously treating your acne already, that should be your absolute priority right now. Isotretinoin / Accutane, azelaic acid, tazarotene, etc.

Jesus christ your the last person to need a PDO thread. They are junk anyways foreveryone. Aqualyx is also trash. Next you'll be saying you know about liquid silicon and castor oil.

Anyways you need fucking Accutane stat. Theres no reason to do surgery with a face that covered in zits.

After your clear wait about 3-6 months and get a derm to picolaser any browns, vbeam reds, co2 scars.

Im currenlty in an rpe expander, and headgear. Im also on month 3 of accutane. Im considering finasteride because I have widow peaks. I need a solution for the prey eyes. What about fibroblasting like plasma pen for the upper corner of the eyelid to lift some of the fat off, cuz it looks like its sagging my eyes down

All your ideas are terrible. finasteride - you obviously haven’t a clue how it works or what it does. Plasma pen? Jesus. Thank god your not injecting Aqualyx.

Your eyes aren’t that big of a deal next to your skin but if you want them fixed have a cosmetic plastic surgeon do it. Relatively it’s not that expensive you might have to save for months but it’s most likely not impossible expensive for you either. It’s one of the cheapest surgery’s you can do.

Im not focusing on skin cuz i have an obvious fix for it. Whats wrong with finasteride for balding? And what do you reccomend to fix my canthal tilt and prey eyes if not fibroblasting

I don't know about that.

Based on the pictures you have provided, your supraorbital fat pads are close to ideal. I would recommend not to touch them.
The visible issue on these pictures is rather located in the infraorbital region. As said earlier, fat grafting is likely to solve the problem ; if not, you may consider infraorbital implants (saddled or not), although that seems overkill to me.

We can't really judge how bad your "prey eyes" are on the front profile picture, because it seems you're raising your eyebrows and making an unnatural face. If your eyebrows are always high set (like on this picture), then you may want to try botox injection in the frontalis muscle so the brow will relax and bring your eyebrows lower. I have heard mixed feedback about the efficacy of this procedure, but at least it's cheap, safe, and temporary.

How old are you ?
If under 18-19 yo and still developing, you may want to start off with minoxidil and microneedling. That may be enough to stop the loss and reverse it.
If hairloss keeps progressing at a fast pace, then you could upgrade the treatment with a minox + finasteride topical lotion, which is nearly as efficient as oral finasteride to inhibit DHT in the scalp, while lowering serum DHT only by 20 % (VS ~70 % with oral fin). That said, I would advise to consult a doctor/dermatologist before doing so.
