Teriparatide is better than nothing, and yes romo is hella expensive, the cheapest I can find is £1,000 a month. Teriparatide is okay, but even without romo I'd advise Abaloparatide if you can get it.

I am not too educated in Osteosarcoma but I know its relation to Romo and Abalo, so if you are scared of that them don't do it
