1. Has anyone run this and actually seen results?
2. How long do u typically do it (assuming your healthy and not someone who actually gets it prescribed) because I know if your healthy adding stuff on top for prolonged periods of times can cause some shit
I’m probably gonnna do 8 months to a year of 2 months on 2 weeks off repeat.
