Fuck, that was some terrible sleep. I was basically awake for the last 3 or so hours I think

Took me ages to get to sleep, then needed a piss, then woke up cold, then heard noises

I wake up naturally at around 7am everyday get to my level bozoo

I get 3 hours of sleep everday at least I think.
