Test at 16? 16 and 6’2, Where do I go from here? Do I need lefort to truly ascend or do I even need it at all?

First, please just tell me what I could improve on the most and how I can improve.


Ive had a broken arm for the past month and lost 25 pounds, I get my cast off in a week but still won’t be able to any heavy lifting and want to build back muscle asap but I also don’t want to have it where I hop off test all my progress just disappears.


Best skinmaxx for 16 year old? Should I get a facial for blackhead removal etc or is it a waste of money? I just want to have completely clear skin, i dont get traditional acne but my face is too textured and gets irritated and red too easy and tiny pimples. Im taking some stuff for the seb. dermatitis around my nose but thats mainly it.

I want to have another ascension over the next two months and haven’t done much looksmaxing besides just getting a lot healthier and cutting my hair. Im tired of being stuck wherever tf I am rn cuz it’s not enough so I’m willing to hardmax but probably no surgery till Im older but still curious about which surgery’s would help.
