Mainly High sodium. sodium pulls water into cells which causes them to be bigger. potassium draws the water out of the cell, causing a leaner look. you can also get confused with bloating and fat so it might also be fat

If sodium is managed well you will not have alot of water retention if E2 is managed. I also suggest daily pinning for more hormonal balance which will lead to less water retention.
