Is it manageable? Im 17 id like to just use it long term no other compound well ofc exemestane. But like is anyone here with experience from long term high lets say TRT doses ran long term like even half a year. Which sides are the biggest problem? Looks wise and health wise?

Yes that's a viable long term dose given your bloodwork is in check, but why run this at your age? Are you "puberty maxing"?
