My optiman levels were when I was 22, before trt at 30, my t level were 30% less.
i felt like shit: less erections, less confidence, more fatigue. And I Tried everything natural to boost it

If a guy had a total test of 1000, and after 10 years drop to 600 ( my case ), T levels mean a lot about feeling good

I shoot every 3 days. I feel fine like that. Trt for sure as I m on 200 mg per week ( Gonna have blood work next month). It isn’t too much 350’mg as trt ?

I think tren irl is good only if you are on trt and decide tu use it at low dose ( max 100mg per week) for 6 weeks during summer. So you can go on holiday, being honry, eat what you want, don’t train and gain muscle/ lose fat
