Depends on how long you do it for. Eventually, after a long enough period of time, you will have permanent loss of T production.

He's young so he does have potential for recovery, but that depends on his bodies response to the added T. Plus there isn't no set amount of time before it returns (if it does lol). If I had to give a guess, prolly in a month or so it should bounce back. But depending on how long he's been doing this for at his age (prolly like half a year or som), the effects could be permanent.
