Test to see how forward grown you are

Have a couple of mirrors set up so you see your side profile reflection
Wear a hoodie and pull up your hood so that a vertical line is created by the hood that covers your browridge
See if you have an anteface sticking out while your browridge and forehead is covered
It should look like this

my maxilla and lower jaw are rotated backward

I dont have recessed chin but it sure looks like it when im on frankfurt plane

The best way is to take a photo from below your jaw while looking straight forward. Your chin should be projected and your eyes shouldn’t be visible because your zygos are covering them. Browridge should be visible as well
