Take 350 test-e split into two injections per week, pct take nolvadex and have arimidex on hand if you get high e2

Bad advice, you want daily injection so your test levels don’t spike after injection, also nolvadex is way to hard on the body clomid is better, also probs don’t need an ai on first cycle, unless you planing to run a really long cycle

Im assuming ur under 18 which means to take test without raping your normal development you have to take a ai and a bunch of other shit theres no point just lift and when ur 18 if you want to get huge you can think about it also ur frame is mostly genetic

Yea it may be better to inject daily but not by much and isp on 2x a week is much more tolerable. Its also better to have ai on hand even if you're probably not going to take it because everyone aromatizes test differently. Clomid is probably better, I haven't done much research into different pct drugs, nolvadex has always been my go to
