I've been testmaxxing for two weeks not doing anything crazy, just completely changing my diet.
I noticed I wasn’t getting morning wood, which got me worried. After doing some research, I found out diet plays a huge role, so I gave it a shot.
I also cut out stress completely stopped caring about school and other things, living a zero stress life. Since I don’t get much sun where I live, I take vitamin D. Sleep is just as important, so I make sure to get 8–9 hours a night.

My diet:
- Raw eggs
- Raw milk
- Raw honey
- Liver
- Beef
- Fruits
- Occasionally chicken, but I prefer beef for the extra micronutrients
