raw eggs
raw milk
low stress lifestyle
lots of sun exposure
lots of sleep
you'd be getting a lot of cholesterol, every vitamin your body needs and pairing that with a low stress lifestyle and lots of sleep your test would be pretty high. your face really doesn't stop developing until you're a young adult (20ish) so you would benefit from this.
