I know that hormones can do a shit ton like sleeping and exercising more but lets say your 16-18 and you dont excersise or sleep as much as you used.

Thinking of just straight out going guns blazing on raising my testosterone but not sure what i can expect face wise?

Honestly i wonder if there is even much we can do after puberty? Seems like the brief window of development is indeed very short and most of us dont even know about shit until it passes...

Your on test? You mean just increasing testosterone or injecting?

Mandible and maxilla continue to grow after puberty is finished... albeit at slower rates. This forum seems to overstate the impact of pubertal testosterone levels on facial morphology. Your projected forward growth is mostly genetic and even supernormal exposure to t during puberty would have, at most, very subtle effects on the chin and brow ridge projection.

if you take testosterone(steroids) you should work out it would be a waste not to and if your 16-18 and your not already working out you are literally wasting some of your best growth stages. It will make your face have very masculine features you will grow a lot of body/face hair if balding is in your genetics it WILL speed up the process tho. But I wouldnt take testosterone(roids) at your age unless you have a doctor give them to you so they can watch over you and help you

How could you tell?
Extremely short round face and is probably really small. He looks fat but most fat people look more adult than he does, how old is he? Your age?
