Testosterone at 18

Im turning 18 in a couple of months and wanted to ask if testosterone at 400mgs a week would actually change my facial structure. I see some ppl like pakiwaffen get insane results while others on my fyp for example still look like chuds even when they started at 16/17. Can you somehow tell if you are going to respond well to it and could I theoretically blast and cruise for a year get the facial gains and then stop with pct without having to take trt for life.
