I’m 191cm
Race swedish/Spanish but I look way more Spanish so ethnic
Weight 160 I got skinny fat cuz of being lazy and eating too much
I haven’t checked test levels in 3 years I just know the doctor said it was a little above average, probably worse now I have absolutely no muscle
