Gluteus VS Thigh vs Deltoid

Whats the best injection site?

Also Which syringes and needles do you use? Some people draw up with a different needle and also inject with a different needle, do you do the same or do u use one for both?

Also right now I only have 0,5 inch insulin syringes. I think they would still work for deltoid (shoulder) intramuscular injection right?

Ok so ur 20% bf then knowing ur most likely underestimating, you should really push the syringe into the deltoid muscle while pinning so it actually goes into the muscle and not the fat cuz then you’ll get a huge painful bump

How long is your needle? Do you inject subq?
I got 0.5 inch needles like a retard but switching over to 1 inch soon since I would get a lot of oil leak and too much of the oil would leak into subq tissue. First time I pinned I accidentally pinned just the fat in my glutes (with cold oil aswell, ouch) and I had a super painful lump that lasted 3 weeks and was the size of half a softball/ baseball ball or whatever you call it

Muscle GroupLocationProcedureNotes
BicepsCenter of Each HeadDead center of either head – 2 spots per bicepNormally suitable for only small injections – can only hold small amounts of oil – painful for some, not for others
CalvesCenter of Muscle HeadDead center of either head – 2 spots per calfThis is the most painful area to inject and will be extremely sore almost every time – there is no reason to inject calves for 99% of all people
DeltoidsCenter of each HeadDead center of all three heads – 3 spots per deltoidThe lateral head is the easiest head to inject and the most convenient spot to inject other than glutes – most no one will need the front or rear head, but it is possible
GlutesUpper Outer Edge2 inches below the lower back and move towards the hip approximately 2-3 inches – 1 spot per gluteThis will be the easiest and most convenient area to inject for anyone
LatsCenter of MuscleDirect center of head – 1 spot per latCan hold a lot of oil – very hard to do on your own due to reaching around to the area – beneficial if more areas are needed and you have a helpful hand
PectoralsUpper, Middle & LowerUpper Inside – middle inside – lower outside – 3 spots per pectoralThe lower outside area can be extremely painful – most will find the upper inside to the most tolerable – should only be used if injections are so frequent new areas are needed
QuadsOuter & Inner HeadsDirect center of either head – 2 spots per quadThe lower head (tear drop) can be extremely painful and while it can be used is not recommended
TrapsCenter of MuscleDirect center of the head – 1 spot per trapAbsolutely no reason to inject this area – can be dangerous and is only mentioned for informative purposes as it is possible
TricepsCenter of Each HeadDead center of all three heads – 3 spots per tricepsMost will find the long head, the part on the very back of the arm to be the easiest to inject – The lateral head can also be used, the front most portion of the triceps muscle – the medial head can be extremely difficult to inject and painful for most

Right now with Insulin syringes 0,5inch 30g the only injection site I can do is deltoid IM I guess.

Anything other than, quads, lats, delts, glutes is very stupid unless it’s for taking a water based amino injectable pre

pro bodybuilders inject very often so new injection sites are needed.

my goal is 40%

you think 1inch 25/27g is alright? Also should I do deltoid with my insulin syringes 30g 0,5inch or wait for my new syringes to come? Glutes doesnt work with my insulin syringes probably so can only do deltoid.
Just do delts nigga it ain’t that deep

saar do you pull the plunger back to check if theres blood while injecting or do you just go by feel and inject?
u dont need to that

its and old method and unreliable

even if you inject close to a blood vessel nothing major happens

If u hit a vein you will feel it 100% right? And if feel something pull out asap

no

but nothing will happen

the spot will bruise a bit for a few days and then its gone

the worst that can happen if the injection site is infected but you will see that and u can just go to a doctor and they give you antibiotics
and it will go away
