Maybe I should check this out. If they are on the low side I might benefit from extra T. The testosterone test here costs 40 dollars, it measures some simple testosterone level. Then there is a more expensive test, 70 dollars, that measures free T, whole T, and sex hormone-binding globulin.

Take Ashwaghanda, aren't steroids dangerous long term?

If my T levels would be low, I assume I would get extra T from medicine with a doctor's order, and not some random black market T.

Why bodybuilders and athletes don't use ashwagandha but instead use T?

Ashwagandha wont make your T levels 2x higher, but its a decent boost and you definitely feel the difference. All sprinters take Ashwagandha because a study showed Athletes on Ashwagandha sprinted noticeably faster than non-Ashwagandha test subjects.

T-test is only 40 or 70 dollars depending on the test, so I think I should do the test anyway. I'm curious about it, and if the level is low, I can get some real T or consider ashwagandha. Tho if the levels are really low then I go with the real T.

Take Ashwagandha regardless because there aren't downsides or serious side effects to it. Its only £15 for 3month daily pill supply, I personally recommend it.

because their goals arent just to raise t a little its to raise it by monster ammounts so they look insane

supplementing ginger has rasied the t levels by 17% in infertile men, eating 2.5g of garlic everyday(like 2 or 3 cloves) has been proven to raise t too by lowering cortisol and stimulating the production of t, these are just simple ways to raise your testosterone a little though

Yeah. And if I have low T, I want to raise my T levels a lot, not by a little bit.

Because it is not nearly as powerful..but still has great effects on health

Getting on TRT is not easy though, i suggest learning as much as you can beforehand.
Look up More Plates More Dates on youtube for info on steroids.

True..but have you read the studies?...
Nope, not yet. I will look into ashwagandha later. I consider it. But if I have low T, then I probably go with real T. However, low T is just speculation; I don't have any symptoms of low T, I'm just being curious about my T level because the test are so cheap.

Yeah, basically, I don't have any symptoms of low testosterone levels. But I saw that lab close to me offers cheap T level tests, so I might as well go for it. I'm curious about it. And who knows, even if I don't have symptoms, it might be that my T levels are lower than they should be. It's more about being curious than having a real problem.

If you have low T..First start with diet..next is supplementation..If you still can't get levels up then TRT

But the cheap test is just 40 dollars, so why not? I'm curious and who knows what it will tell me. The lab is close to me so it doesn't take too much time to do it either. I will probably do it next week.

The method may be not accurate, so it could not be worth it

Nobody thinks you shouldn't do it, just that its not a good idea to hop on TRT immediately without trying other methods of raising T levels first like diet lifestyle and natural supplements

I lift, I take vitamin D, I'm normal weight (currently 19-21 body fat %, the goal is 10-15 %). I get enough protein. I don't see any problems in my lifestyle. But I will check the supplement you mentioned soon.

Trt is a life commitment. Run a cycle of test and see how you feel when your balls aren’t functioning. A complete mindfuck for me. I am way more confident with my balls hanging low than when on test.

Try everything naturally possible to elevate your test before opting for trt.
