When I get down to BF levels suitable for recomp, I want to do this GHmaxxing stack alongside T maxxing / gym
- 50 mg of mk677 per day
- cjc 1295 DAC before bed 3 times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
- 100mcg of hexarelin 3 times a day For 2 weeks
- 100mcg of GHRP 2 3 times a day for 4 weeks after the 2 week hexarelin cycle is complete
- CJC no DAC 100mcg a day 3 times a day alongside the Hexarelin / GHRP 2 injections
- 5g of creatine 4 times a day for the first 2 weeks, which then is lowered to 5g a day after the initial 2 week cycle is complete
- Ashwangdha, butea suburba, vitamin E (500+ IU), Vitamin D3 (8k IU), K2 MK4 (45mg), Iodine, selenium, fish oil pills, 13mg of boron, 50mg of zinc, 2g of calcium, 400mg of magnesium, 3 multivitamin pills in order to address other vitamin needs.
- resistance training/cardio 4-5 times a week For 1 hour and a half with 2-3 day rest
- Resistance training for 1 hour, steady state cardio for 30 minutes
- oral letrozole, 1mg every day
- Adrosterone drops. 1mg = 1 drop. 3 drops per day
Is this feasible or a bad plan for recomp once I hit 190-200lbs?
