What does testosterone do in terms of aesthetics:

Testosterone isn’t just for muscle growth. It’s essential for bone density, skin health, and overall masculine features. When you’re on test, your jawline can become more prominent, your bones thicker, and your muscle mass more defined.

Benefits of testosterone for looks:

-Muscle Growth
: The obvious one. Test increases muscle protein synthesis, making it easier to put on size and strength. This helps you get that lean, muscular look.

-Bone Density: Test boosts bone mineral density (BMD), making your bones stronger, thicker, and more defined. This is important if you want that chiseled jawline and a strong, square look.

-Fat Loss: Testosterone increases your metabolic rate and helps you maintain muscle mass while cutting fat. This makes your muscles pop more and gives you that vascular, shredded aesthetic.

-Skin Quality: Many people notice clearer, thicker skin when on TRT, which adds to that youthful look.

Dosages:

-Beginner (TRT dose)
: 100–150mg per week. This is for those with low T levels who want to boost natural levels and reap the aesthetic benefits without overdoing it.

-Intermediate: 200–300mg per week. This is ideal if you're looking for noticeable muscle gains and a slight improvement in overall facial aesthetics.

-Advanced: 400–500mg per week. This is where you start to see major muscle growth, skin improvements, and more dramatic changes in bone density and jawline structure.

Types of Testosterone:

Testosterone Enanthate:

It’s slow-releasing, meaning it has a longer half-life and doesn’t need to be injected as often.

-Half-life: Around 4–5 days.
-Injection frequency: Usually twice a week (e.g., Monday and Thursday).

Testosterone Cypionate:

-Half-life
: Around 5–6 days.
-Injection frequency: Typically once or twice a week.

Testosterone Propionate:
If you’re after faster results, Test Prop is for you. It’s a fast-acting ester that peaks and drops quickly, so it’s great for those who want quick changes. But, this means more frequent injections.

-Half-life: Around 1–2 days.
-Injection frequency: Usually every day or every other day.

What to pair testosterone with;
Testosterone works great on its own, but stacking it with other compounds can enhance effects. Some good options:

-Primobolan: If you want a leaner, more defined look with minimal water retention.

-Anavar: For that muscle hardness and fat loss. It’ll make you look shredded without putting on bulk.

-MK-677: A growth hormone secretagogue that will help with bone density, skin elasticity, and muscle recovery. Think of it as adding a nice finishing touch to your physique.

-Deca: For joint health and connective tissue strength. It’s also a good compound to make the muscle growth feel more natural and full.

Drawbacks and risks:

-Estrogen Conversion
: Test aromatizes into estrogen. Too much can cause water retention, gynecomastia, or a softer physique. To avoid this, many people add an aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Arimidex or Aromasin if needed.

-Testicular Atrophy: Overuse of test can suppress natural testosterone production. This is why PCT is a good idea if you’re cycling off.

-Heart and Liver Health: If you’re pushing high doses for a long period, you could mess with your lipid profile, liver enzymes, or even increase the risk of cardiovascular issues. Regular blood work is a must.

How do you boost your testosterone?
That's a great thing I can tell you. You gotta start tapping into certain supplements.

I think tongkat ali is fantastic.
I think shilajit is fantastic.
I think pine pollen is fantastic.
Drinking raw milk, raw honey. Cacao powder.

Yeah all of these things are gonna be fantastic for boosting your testosterone but at the end of the day it's about living a holistic lifestyle.
