Testosterone underdosed based on bloodwork?

Testosterone: >15 ng/ml
SHBG: 24.2 nmol/l
Albumin: 4370 mg/dl


This was my bloodwork where I was on 400mgs of Test P, I took the approximately 16h before they drew up my bloody

This was my bloodwork 2 weeks after taking 12.5mg of Enclomiphene for 4 days:

E2: 47.4 pg/ml
Testosterone: 10.2 ng/ml
SHBG: 42.3 nmol/l
Albumin: 5050 mg/dl


I’ve seen a test which I’m pretty certain is accurate for my Test P 200mg/ml putting it at 103mg/ml. Should I just double the dosage now or am I on the real dosage? Sadly the Testosterone already cut off after 1.5k ng/dl
