How do i rapidly increase testosterone
 
Lifting heavy weights and sprinting short distances in intervals while maintaining a high protein and red meat diet is the best way to skyrocket your testosterone naturally. Studies have shown that men above the age of 21 that lift heavy weights multiple times a week see upwards of 28% testosterone increase then to what they had before they started lifting, and a staggering increase of up to 42% testosterone increase in teenage boys 14-17 who started lifting.

Sprinting (NOT JOGGING!), short distances, 50m or so, ten 50 meter sprints with 50 seconds rest in between have shown to boost testosterone by a lot.

Eating high protein diets consisting mostly of red meat and eggs and such have shown an increase in testosterone.

Now couple all these things with each other, lift heavy weights a couple of times a week in the gym, sprint short distances 2 times a week and eat the correct things are you will boost your testosterone by probably 50% possibly even more if you are younger. If you don’t want to do all this you could also just shoot up anabolic steroids but that’s up to you.

Isnt that just a temp boost, like for a couple minutes
