ignore my curry ass background can anyone tell my bf? im not a beginner i lifted for a year then quit now back at it again after my tanned asf gf left me

100-200kcal surplus, .7g/1lb protein, 20% of calories in fat, every remaining calorie should be in carbs.
 
Id say slight surplus to build some muscle then cut

so i should avoid a cut cause i appear to have neglible muscles?
just hop on sum light like mk677 to gain a quick few pounds. do that for like 3 months, then use reta to cut and youll have a pretty lean athletic looking physique.
 
why not a cut and bulk till what body fat im around 16 17
if you want to get fat you can bulk and then cut. Doesn't make any sense to me but do whatever you want to
