Yeah,Rio is pretty much just portuguese with small amounts of other groups,perhaps only 1-5% with non-iberian ancestry?Hard to say
South received something like 100k Germans in the 19th century back when the population of the entire Region was probably no more than 1 million,so,the impact was relevant.
