2. Theres an overabundance of clinics in malls in Silom, Thonglor and Sukhumvit that will be dumb enough to do it. I got my botox and Morpheus 8 there.
3. Get structural rhinoplasty in a non asian country that uses cartilage grafts. Asian countries use silicone implants (bad) and filer (terrible)

Theres a few good rhino surgeons in turkey who are suitable for western standards.

Most turkish clinics with strong advertising are factories that will give the same overly polished, upturned nose.

Not necessarily but the very low priced package deal ones, without any variations in the b/a, yes. Because it doesnt matter what you ask for when thats the nose he gives 100% of the time.

Well double jaw includes LF1 and BSSO but bsso wont do anything for the midface.

so lf1 impaction can shorten midface but the range of movement is not much for people if they dont have more

so a raw lf1 thats odd tbh its usually a combined with something also i mentioned having a long nose so it wouldn't do much about it right?

not sure how much it helps the nose but Dr Eppley said it can shorten the midface even apart from the lip lift and the two things in the length are philtrum + nose so maybe it shortens it a bit.

Just look at before and afters of lf1 impaction and then measure them in an app like image meter or photoshop to see how much it shortens

I think so, yeah, if u go with it, it will fuck your smile and make it show less upper teeth, but you'd have to confirm this with someone, im not 100% sure if something can still be done

i just confirmed it.

If u dont have vertical maxillary excess then the only ways are rhino and then lip lift, depending upon the shape of ur nose and length of philtrum.

It will necessarily fuck ur smile if u dont have gummy smile and u go for lf1 impaction

Your MFR is 1.049 and if you wanna make it go close to 1, you just need a lip lift, not everything that u are talking about

I dont know how much it changes in non lens distorted pics but you can measure it

your pfl needs to be added some towards the medial canthus too because ur eye spacing is unideal

An upper lip lift would not only make ur mfr better but also make the upper lip width better so it could help with that

And a longer medial canthus would help the PFL + the eyespacing.

Your ESR seems a bit unideal in this pic but if in non lens distorted pics it's still unideal then you need a bit of zygos.


Most of your problems fortunately are inter-connected and fixing one thing fixes two failos

lips im pretty sure they can take it from somewhere and inject it into the lips its more expensive and u might need a revision so idk
