Yes, I did swimming for a while, shoulders seemed to widen quite a bit, then i had some medical problems and lost all my gains, but the shoulder width stayed the same, after that i started going to the gym.
Well mainly cause i want to improve my looks as best as i can, even if its softmaxing only, I used to have social anxiety and be insecure af, still am to some extent, so "go out there and just slay bro" doesnt quite work for me yet
This site won’t fix your social anxiety. Going out in public will. Your height commands validation and respect from both genders anyways.
