Hey everyone,


lol i know alot of you wont be reading this but I just wanted to share

I just wanna start off by sharing something, I joined this forum almost around a year ago but only recently made an account. But I followed the advice on here for a while. Since starting on this journey I have lost over 45 kgs, I got rid of my acne, and finally have started to fill out some of my excess skin with muscle mass. Most of all after almost around 2 months of HGH usage I have gained around an inch of height. This forum has literally changed my life from a short 5"5 morbidly obese acne-ridden 15-year-old to a 5"7 16 almost 17-year-old who has given up video game addiction and porn addiction, with a fit body and decent discipline and goals for the future. January of 2018 I tried slitting my wrists probably just in an attempt to seek attention or maybe I really wanted to get rid of my at that time miserable life. Looking back my life has literally become something I would've never thought in a million years possible

Firstly, I wanna just say thank you to everyone who posts on this fourm and godspeed to everyone in their looksmaxxing journey. This community however toxic and fucking brutal and harsh it can be has helped me reach the goals I had set for myself in a time frame I would never imagine in my wildest dreams. I also wanted to share that this website is a great aid to life if used properly but only as a tool and not as a lifestyle. I had a mushroom trip a month ago which helped me realize how obsessed and narcissistic I had become about looksmaxxing and its devastating impact on my mental health. Please use this as a tool and it is a great one at that. I know this website will continue aiding me as I try and achieve my goals.

You are absolutely right. There is a healthy way of doing it, but then the obsession over it can be extremely toxic. A set out plan is needed to execute such endeavours in life. Wishing and dreaming is not bad, but just wishing and dreaming is waste of time.

I have used mostly @Dyorotic2 s advice and guides he is very knowledgeable and his guides have given me real-life results.

Hgh Stack
7.5 iu hgh per day (started at 10iu but got a lot of pain due to some intense tunnel syndrome)
2.5 mg letrozole once per week
High protien, high fats, high quality carbs
Weight training and Cardio everyday

I too am following dyorotics advice I have been eating in such a manner all of high school but at 17 I’m going to start hgh for a couple months. Did u take DSIP or anything else? And did u see facial bone gains?

I took Proviron 25-50mg noticed a lot of facial hair growth and felt as if my face looked more masculine and had that sunken-in look.

Facial bone gains, I have noticed a lot of it but this isn't fully accountable because of the major fat loss I have undergone in the last year.

The HGH has improved my skin so much and I receive compliments on my hair all the time as well because of it

obesity directly affects how you look thus not being obese can be considered a looksmax. heroin on the other hand isn't changing the way you look I mean a byproduct of being an addict can have devastating effects on how you look but not the drug itself. I think going from obese to not obese is a looksmax and people who do it in the hopes of becoming more attractive can definitely be considered looksmaxxers

yeah just some joint pain and stuff no hair loss idk if its from the letrozole though im on a very low dosage though 2.5mg per week
