you simply CANNOT be perceived as a woman if you have facial hair, your shoulders are too wide, if you don't have boobs. there is NO cope for this, ZERO hope unless you have those things surgically remediated. and it is much more binary--most people percieve you as woman or most people don't

but if you're a mtm (male to male aka cisgender guy aka BIOLOGICAL MALE MAN) have a recessed jaw or something, you will still get hints a cute girl look at you every now and then, maybe you happen upon the trauma-ridden girl at the right time, etc
