You can get a girlfriend fairly easily if you are mid ltn or above.
I see it all the time irl. But you cant be expecting her to be the ideal girlfriend. I wouldnt really say looks determine whether or not you can get a girlfriend, but it determines how well she treats you. If you are a ltn and you got a gf, dont get your hopes up. You can expect her to have male friends, go clubbing, visibly show interest in other men because you cant do anything about it. However, if you are htn+ she will practically worship you and listen to anything you say. You can also get a hookup very easily as ltn, as long as you are NT or thugmaxxed, but theres no point in sex without love anyways
