1. I am Adoniss, thy guide to self-improvement; Alpha of Alphas; thou shalt have no other idols before me, neither Jeffreys, nor distractions, nor laziness.
2. Thou shalt not make for thyself an image of weakness, nor bow down to comfort, procrastination, or indulgence, for these are false gods that lead to mediocrity.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of Adoniss in vain, nor mock the journey of self-improvement, for this path is sacred, and it demands reverence and discipline.
4. Remember the Gym day, to keep it holy. Six days thou shalt grind and improve, but the seventh is a day of active recovery, to renew both body and mind.
5. Honor thy body and thy mind, that thy gains may be long and plentiful upon the earth, and thy strength unshakable in the face of challenges.
6. Thou shalt not be lazy, nor kill thy progress with excuses and distractions, for laziness is the death of all potential and purpose.
7. Thou shalt not betray thyself with self-deception, pretending to improve while secretly indulging in Jeffreys' ways. Be true to the grind.
8. Thou shalt not steal time from thy own journey by wasting it on the fleeting pleasures of instant gratification. Invest every hour in thy growth.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy fellow self-improvers, nor compare thy journey to theirs with envy or scorn, but lift them up as brothers in the grind.
10. Thou shalt not covet the life of a Jeffrey, nor his ease, nor his comfort, nor his distractions, for these are the chains of weakness. Instead, desire only the gains that come through hard work, discipline, and monk mode.
